Your website and online strategy should be integrated into everything you do for maximum effect. Some things to consider:

  • On hold music – reference your website to reinforce it’s presence customer’s minds.
  • Office opening hours sign – do you mention your website is 24 hours?
  • Sales process – do you ask customers if they use the internet and have email? Opportunity for promoting your site as a contact point and using email as a marketing or contact method.
